Original owner, got to pick the perfect unit – although I had to wait a year before it was built and ready. I have enjoyed Paradise but I am 79 and health is falling. This end unit has extra light and space from knock-out, next to pool and grills but has duplex between units and pool for quiet and privacy. It has direct view of green for one hole and tee for next hole. 2025 maintenance fee has been paid. |
