Swallowtail and Spicebush Internal Trades
As a convenience to our Owners, we are offering this site as a conduit for internal trades between Swallowtail and Spicebush Owners who wish to trade their week(s) with an Owner of a different week.
There is a non-refundable fee of $20.00 to list your trade request to the site.
It will be the responsibility of the owners to communicate and arrange for the trade.
The Club Group and its staff will not be involved in the trade until an agreement has been reached between two Owners and The Club Group receives a Trade form downloaded and filled out by each Owner and submitted. There will be a $30.00 administration fee required when trade form is submitted. Once received, the Club Group will arrange, as with any reservation; passes into the resort, check in packets and service during their stay.
The Club Group and its staff will hold no responsibility if either of the parties does not uphold the agreement made between the owners until Club Group has received the submitted trade form agreement and fee from each party and the forms have been accepted. Each Owner will receive an email confirmation once the trade has been accepted and entered into our reservation system.
The Club Group and its staff also reserve the right to not accept a listing if maintenance fee is delinquent, ownership has changed or week was previously traded through an external company.
